A grazing property near Gunning in the NSW Southern Tablelands has sold for $1.5 million.
The 410 hectare property, New Line Farm, suits both sheep and cattle and has direct frontage to the Hume Freeway about 250 kilometres from Sydney.
Pastures have been improved with perennial grasses and clover, and 2 hectares is irrigated from a licensed bore.
Owned by the same family since 1856, the property includes a four-bedroom homestead. Colin Medway from Landmark Parramatta negotiated the sale.
