Tamworth district mixed farming property Dinton is on the market for $1.2 million.

Contrary to previous media reports, the 616-hectare property at Attunga, NSW, has not been sold.

Agent Bruce Kneipp, from Jackson Livestock and Property, Tamworth, said the property comes with 200 head of cattle and farming plant included in the price.

The property has about 120ha of cultivation, including 50ha of grazing lucerne.

The well-known and respected grazing property has been in the hands of the same family for 100 years.

The property has a large machinery shed, hayshed, cattle yards, three-car garage and workshop, stables and arena, as well as new bore equipped with a generator and pump, four other bores, 10 dams, and three silos.
