Bathurst property sold local for $2.115m

A local farmer has bought a prime grazing property near Bathurst, NSW, for $2.115 million.

The 350 hectare property, Morris Vale, is fenced into 18 paddocks with extensive shedding and water facilities.

The property, sold under the hammer, includes a Federation-style homestead.

Michael Lund from Masters Stephens Real Estate-Bathurst conducted the auction campaign.
