CASTING a vote in the search for this summer’s top Hunk and Spunk in The Land’s Hunks and Spunks competition is well worth the effort – not only could it help a nominee like Moree’s Rebecca Byrne, it could also win you a $200 clothing voucher from RB Sellars.
Rebecca, 23, an agronomist with Industry and Investment NSW, is recently single after coming out of a long-term relationship.
She’s revelling in her new freedom.
“I’m really enjoying it – you get to meet so many new people when you’re single – every day is an adventure,” she said.
“I’m also enjoying spending more time with girlfriends and trying new things like water skiing.”
And it seems saying “yes” to The Land’s Hunks and Spunks competition is Rebecca’s latest adventure.
“It’s been really fun so far and I’ve had so much positive feedback and you just never know where it may lead,” she said.
Rebecca said she had been impressed with the calibre of Moree blokes after moving to the region last year from Canberra.
“I definitely like country boys and most of the guys out here are gentlemen, although some can be a bit rough around the edges.”
When readers cast their vote, they go into the draw to win a $200 clothing voucher from RB Sellars Australia.
To ensure you’re in the draw, complete the official voting coupon in The Land Magazine, on page 45, where we’ve republished the second half of this summer’s nominees.
Voting closes February 1, and the winner will be announced in the February 4 issue of The Land Magazine.
The top Hunk and Spunk will be announced during the second day of the Walcha Cup Carnival meeting, on Saturday, February 13, and will each win a prize package valued at $2630.
