COWRA mixed farming property has been sold under the hammer at auction last week for $715,000, according to John Bargwanna of Norman C. Bellamy, Cowra
The 129ha property was sold under the hammer for $5517/ha ($2234/ac) to adjoining landholder, Lindsay Wright of “Beulah”.
Situated 25km south of Cowra off Lachlan Valley Way, the property is described as 96pc arable with red to sandy loam soils and comes with an equipped bore and reticulated water, silos and an old-style cottage.
